This place has serious issues. Dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, and miscommunication made for a frustrating experience. Breakfast was good, but overall, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired. With so many choices nearby, don’t settle for disappointment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Grand Rapids South. The room was clean, comfy, and offered a wonderful breakfast selection. I did experience a minor issue with noise from the hallway, but overall, the stay was good.

Outstanding breakfast variety

The room was clean, the pool was beautiful, and I loved that they had large bottles of toiletries.

The motel appeared new and modern, with comfortable beds and enjoyable amenities like the pump dispensers for shampoo and body wash, reducing clutter and waste. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide selection including hot items that were well-prepared. However, my experience was marred by issues with the front desk and payment processing. Despite the wonderful coffee and friendly staff, the unresolved billing matter left a sour note.

The check-in delays were maddening!!! Noise disturbances from the nearby highway and hotel machinery made rest difficult. An uncomfortable experience overall, especially with the inconsistent hot water availability!!! A little more effort in these areas could make a huge difference!!!

Had a wonderful one-night stay while exploring the nearby attractions. The room was extremely clean and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after a day out. The breakfast was a standout, featuring a fantastic variety, including delicious hot options like eggs and sausage. The staff were very friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Grand Rapids South, Wyoming By Ihg provided an excellent stay. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including fresh pastries, eggs, and sausage, which was a great start to each day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with any inquiries promptly.
